I'm Renee — a practicing ICU nurse with nearly ten years of ICU nursing experience and over 25 years in healthcare, and the founder of Clearview Studio.
I'm not someone organization comes naturally to. But I've learned that when life gets hard, structure is what holds everything together. A system, a plan, a place to put the chaos — it changes how you show up for the people who need you. I've seen it in my own life and I've seen it at the bedside. And over nearly a decade of working in the ICU, I kept noticing the same thing on the other side of the glass.
Families arriving completely unprepared. Not because they weren't capable — but because no one had given them anything to hold onto. They were managing medications they'd never heard of, conversations they couldn't follow, and family members calling for updates while trying to hold their own lives together. All while watching someone they loved fight for theirs.

The Realization
It wasn't one moment. It was years of moments. Years of watching families, caregivers, and patients do something incredibly hard with nothing in their hands but their phones and their fear. Years of wishing I could give them something more. Something organized. Something human. Something that said — I see you, and I built this for you. So I built it.

Our planners, resources, and tools are designed with clinical precision and human warmth — because the people going through these moments deserve both. We started with the ICU. New editions — each built for a different healthcare experience — are already in development for 2027.
